Over 165,000 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in the US this year alone and around 30,000 of them will not survive. There is so much you can do to better your chances of a good outcome if you are diagnosed with prostate cancer, like exercise, a good diet, quality sleep etc. But you can also do something very important today, right here - now.

Help raise awareness by talking to the men in your family and your male friends about getting screened. And if you know someone with prostate cancer, encourage them to register with the Metastatic Prostate Cancer Project. Let them know that it is important that we all come together to find a cure and one step in that direction is genomic research.
